Declaration on the Duty to Inform (Data Protection Declaration) 

LUKAS collects, processes and uses your personal data only with your consent or contract implementation for the purposes agreed with you or if there is another legal basis in accordance with the DSGVO; this in compliance with data protection and civil law provisions.

Only such personal data is collected as is necessary for the implementation and processing of the goods deliveries and services offered by us and requested by you or which you have voluntarily made available to us.

The customer expressly agrees that “LUKAS” is entitled to store and process personal data of the customer by means of electronic data agreement in accordance with the DGVO.

As a data subject, you have the right at any time to information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the data processing, as well as the right to correction, data transmission, objection, restriction of processing and blocking or deletion of incorrect or illegally processed data.

If there are any changes to your personal data, we request that you inform us accordingly.

Your request for information, deletion, correction, objection and/or data transfer, in the latter case, provided that this does not involve disproportionate effort, can be sent to the address of the law firm mentioned in point 10.

Use of the data

We will not process the data made available to us for purposes other than those covered by your inquiry and the contract or by your consent or otherwise by a provision in accordance with the DSGVO. Excepted from this is the use for statistical purposes, provided that the data provided has been made anonymous.

Transmission of data to third parties

In order to fulfil your order, it may also be necessary to pass on your data to third parties (e.g. service providers, tax consultants, etc.) or authorities. Your data will be forwarded exclusively on the basis of the DSGVO, in particular to fulfil your order or on the basis of your prior consent.

Publication of data breaches

We make every effort to ensure that data breaches are identified at an early stage and, if necessary, reported to you or the relevant regulatory authority without delay, including the respective categories of data affected.

Storage of data

We will not retain data for longer than is necessary to fulfil our contractual or legal obligations and to ward off any liability claims.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do no harm. We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your terminal device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit us.

Newsletter

With a newsletter we will inform you about us, our offers and new articles. If you would like to receive the newsletter, we require a valid email address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the email address provided or that the owner of the email address agrees to receive the newsletter. This data is only used for sending the newsletter and is not passed on to third parties. When you register for the newsletter, we save your IP address and the date of registration. This storage serves only as proof in the event that a third party misuses an email address and registers to receive the newsletter without the knowledge of the entitled person. You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the email address and its use for sending the newsletter at any time. We will then immediately delete your data in connection with the newsletter dispatch.
